💚 Flavor Notes

This dish is all about balance. The chili adds a gentle heat, the lime brings zesty freshness, and a hint of honey ties it all together with natural sweetness. Garlic and soy sauce give the sauce depth, while fresh cilantro at the end makes the colors pop. It’s the perfect mix of savory, spicy, and citrusy goodness.

⏱️ Why You’ll Love It

Using the Instant Pot means you can skip the oven or grill and still get perfectly cooked salmon every time. The pressure cooking process keeps the fish juicy and flaky while letting the sauce reduce into a gorgeous, glossy glaze. Cleanup is minimal—just one pot, no splattering, no fuss.
