Basil Jalapeno Lime Tequila
Ingredients
- 7 basil leaves
- 1 slice jalapeno
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 oz lime juice
- 3 oz pineapple juice
- 1 1/2 oz tequila
- 2 slices jalapeno-garnish
- 1 sprig basil-garnish
Instructions
- Put basil, jalapeno and sugar in a shaker and muddle.
- Add ice then remaining ingredients. Shake until very cold about 20 seconds.
- Pour contents over fresh ice into a collins glass.
- Garnish with jalapeno and fresh basil. Serve.
