Blackberry Simple Syrup
Fresh blackberries make this blackberry simple syrup so fresh and flavorful. It will give your cocktails that pop of freshness.
I am not a fan of blackberries because of the seeds but the flavor of fresh blackberries is sweet and tangy.
Making simple syrup could not be any easier. It is equal parts water and sugar. Now you don’t need to buy it anymore.
Using blackberries is just 1 of many flavors you can use. Infuse simple syrup with citrus, herbs, chilis, etc. There are so many flavor combinations. I will make a big batch of simple syrup and make several recipes. Then I will store it in small mason jars in the fridge.
