  • 1 1/2 Cups Riced cauliflower-cooked
  • 2 Tsp Italian salad dressing
  • 1/8 Tsp Dried oregano
  • 1/2 Cup Farro or quinoa-cooked
  • 1/2 Cup Cucumber-chopped
  • 1/3 Cup Tomato-chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Kalamata olives-sliced
  • 2 Tbsp Feta cheese-crumbled
  • 1/2 Cup Cooked chicken-optional

Instructions
