Georgia Pie Martini
Ingredients
- 3 Oz Vodka-peach if you have it
- 1 1/2 Oz Peach schnapps
- 1 Cup Fresh peaches-peeled and sliced
- 1/2 Cup Ice
- 1/4 Cup Raspberries
- 3 Tbsp Cranberry or pomegranate juice
- Sprig Mint-garnish
Instructions
- To a blender add peaches, vodka, peach schnapps, and ice then blend until smooth.
- Pour into your favorite martini glass. Rinse out blender.
- Add raspberries and juice to blender and blend until smooth. Strain the contents into a sieve to remove the seeds.
