Kentucky Peach Vodka Cocktail
It is summertime and one thing I look forward to is stone fruits. There’s nothing better than a juicy peach that is running down your chin. This Kentucky Peach Vodka Cocktail is going into my regular rotation. It’s that good!
I’ve waited 6 months for fresh ripe peaches to make this Kentucky Peach Vodka Cocktail recipe. I’m so glad I did. Such a yummy summer sipper with fresh peaches and Deep Eddy Peach Vodka. The vodka gives that extra peach boost with a hint of bourbon. If you haven’t tried the Deep Eddy brand do yourself a favor and grab your favorite flavor. I started with lemon and couldn’t wait to try the rest.
If you are like me, you don’t always have lemonade on hand so here is a fix for that. Click HERE for a recipe for Homemade Single-Serve Lemonade with ingredients you have on hand. When lemons are cheap I will buy a bunch, juice them and freeze the juice. Now I can have fresh juice all year long. If you don’t want to juice the lemons just wash them, bag them and freeze them whole.
This cocktail wasn’t sweet. Feel free to omit the simple syrup if you like your cocktails on the tart side.
