Airfryer Mashed Potato Balls
Air fryer mashed potato balls is the perfect use for leftover mashed potatoes. Almost makes me want to whip up a batch of mashed potatoes so I can make these.
Never freeze leftover mashed potatoes again. I know who has leftover mashed potatoes! I haven’t figured out my ratio on how many potatoes to mash since I’m just cooking for 2 of us. Here is my recipe for Instant Pot mashed potatoes Instant Pot Mashed Potatoes – Meats-Beets-Bubbles (meatsbeetsandbubbles.com)
These air fryer mashed potato balls would make a wonderful appetizer as well as a side. The great thing about these is I can make them ahead and put them in the fridge and then when I’m ready just pop them in the air fryer. For some crispy fluffy goodness. Making these for the holidays makes me feel less stressed because they are so simple and can be made ahead but have big flavor. This is a fantastic deal on the Air fryer I use https://amzn.to/3ZHAnr5
If you want to make the balls uniform in size use an ice cream scoop. Have some fun with this and mix up the flavors.
Now to figure out a dipping sauce. Suggestions welcome. Here are some dipping sauces that I will try on my next batch Fried Mashed Potato Balls — PLATE AND PEN
