Peach Bourbon Smash

Peach Bourbon Smash fresh peaches and Bourbon make the best cocktail. Muddle the peaches with some lemon juice, maple syrup and top with ginger beer.

Ingredients

  

• 1 Large Fresh peach
• 2 Oz Bourbon or whiskey
• 1 Oz Maple syrup
• 1/2 Oz Lemon juice
• Ginger beer
• Peach wedge-garnish
• Mint sprig-garnish

Instructions

 

• Peel peach and cut into pieces. In a cocktail shaker muddle peaches to release all the juices.
• Add bourbon, maple syrup, lemon juice and ice. Shake until very cold.
• Strain over fresh ice in your glass. If you like all the pulp don't strain.
• Top with ginger beer and garnish with peach wedge and mint.
