Peach Paloma
Ingredients
- 2 oz tequila
- 2 peaches-peeled and sliced
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz agave or simple syrup
- lime wedges-garnish
- mint sprig-garnish
- peach slice-garnish
Instructions
- Add peach and lime juice to your blender and blend until smooth.
- To your shaker add ice, puree, tequila and agave and shake until cold. Pour into your glass over fresh ice and top with club soda.
- Garnish and serve.
- You can also rim your glass with salt or tajin.
- This can also be made as a batch/pitcher cocktail for a party. Just add all your ingredients to a pitcher and stir. Store in the fridge until ready to use.
