Strawberry Vodka Limeade is a summer refresher. Perfect to pair with bbq, it's sweet and tangy.
Ingredients
- 2 Limes
- 1/2 Large Lemon
- 1 Oz Simple syrup
- 2 Strawberries-sliced
- Pinch Salt
- 1 Stem Mint
- Club soda
- 2 Oz Vodka
- Strawberry-garnish
- Mint-garnish
Instructions
- Juice 1 lime and cut the second lime into wedges. Juice the lemon.
- In a shaker combine lime juice, 2 lime wedges, lemon juice, strawberries and salt. Muddle for about 10 seconds. Crush the mint and add to the shaker along with simple syrup and vodka. Add ice and shake until cold.
- Add fresh ice to your glass, pour in the shaker contents and top with club soda. Garnish with a strawberry and mint.
