Wash your delicata squash and leave the skin on. Slice your squash in half the longways and scoop out the seeds.
Slice your squash about 1/2" thick into half rings.
Place squash in a bowl and toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Add squash to sheet trays or basket of air fryer.
Set your air fryer to 400' for 12 minutes. No need to preheat.
Turn squash halfway through cooking. They should start to brown around the edges. if you need additional time set the air fryer for another 2-3 minutes.
