Asian Pork Meatballs
Asian pork meatballs when you love meatballs but want a change from Italian food. These are an explosion of flavor. Best part is they are cooked in the air fryer.

- 1 lb ground pork
- 4 oz water chestnuts-canned/diced fine
- 3 tbsp panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ginger-grated
- 1 tsp garlic-grated
- 2 tsp minced dried onions or scallions
- 1 egg-beaten
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Form mixture into 1" balls.
Cook in air fryer at 400' for 12 minutes. Internal temperature should be at 160' Don't place meatballs too close otherwise you won't get a nice sear.
Serve immediately. Reheat leftovers in the air fryer.
