Baked Yogurt
Baked yogurt is a silky, rich, and delightfully simple dessert that combines the tangy creaminess of yogurt with a hint of sweetness from maple syrup.

- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp vanila
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 1/2 cups berries-divided
Preheat oven to 350". Line an 8X8 baking dish with parchment paper.
In a large bowl add yogurt, eggs, maple syrup and vanilla. Whisk until smooth and then add cornstarch and whisk again until well combined.
Add 1 cup of berries o the yogurt mixture and gently stir in. Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle remaining berries over the top.
Bake for 45 minutes until yogurt is set in the center and not jiggly. Remove from the oven and let cool almost completely.
Cut into 9 squares. Enjoy as is or if you want it a little sweeter add more maple syrup.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator. This can be frozen.
