Blackberry Bourbon Collins
This beautiful blackberry bourbon collins cocktail is a tangy, sweet mixture of blackberries, bourbon, lemon juice topped with club soda.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz bourbon
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz blackberry simple syrup
- 2 oz club soda
- 3 whole blackberries-garnish
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker add ice, bourbon, lemon juice, and blackberry simple syrup and shake until very cold.
- Strain into a ice filled collins glass.
- Top with club soda and garnish with fresh blackberries.
