Butter Fried Potatoes
Butter fried potatoes are a classic and beloved dish that never fails to delight taste buds with its simplicity and incredible flavor. This humble yet versatile side dish can be enjoyed with breakfast, lunch, or dinner, making it an all-time favorite for many.

- 2 Lbs Potatoes-cut into 1" cubes
- 1/2 Tsp Salt-divided
- Salt for potato water
- 8 Tbsp Butter
- 1/4 Cup Parsley-chopped
- 2 Cloves Garlic-minced
- 1/4 Tsp Black pepper
Salt 2 quarts of water for the potatoes in a large pot. Bring potatoes to boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium low and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 4-5 minutes. Drain potatoes and set aside.
Melt butter in a 12" nonstick skillet over medium heat. add potatoes in an even layer, sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon salt. Don't disturb potatoes until they are golden brown, about 6-8 minutes.
Flip potatoes and sprinkle with remaining salt. Continue cooking potatoes turning every couple of minutes, about 6-8 minutes. Until potatoes are well browned on all sides. Turn off the heat.
Add parsley, garlic and pepper then gently toss to combine. Transfer to a platter and serve.
