Cabbage Noodles Cabbage Noodles: A Delicious and Healthy Alternative to Traditional Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Green cabbage
  • 1 Tbsp Black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Lemon
  • 3/4 Cup Parmesan cheese plus more garnish

Instructions
 

  • Slice the cabbage into 1/2" ribbons. Juice lemon.
  • Toast 1/2 tablespoon of black pepper in a large skillet or wok for 1 minute over medium heat.
  • Add olive oil to pan, then add cabbage, lemon juice, salt and remaining pepper.
  • Cook for about 7 minutes then toss with cheese and cook for 2 more minutes until well combined.
  • Serve with additional Parmesan.
