- 1 Green cabbage
- 1 Tbsp Black pepper
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Lemon
- 3/4 Cup Parmesan cheese plus more garnish
Slice the cabbage into 1/2" ribbons. Juice lemon.
Toast 1/2 tablespoon of black pepper in a large skillet or wok for 1 minute over medium heat.
Add olive oil to pan, then add cabbage, lemon juice, salt and remaining pepper.
Cook for about 7 minutes then toss with cheese and cook for 2 more minutes until well combined.
Serve with additional Parmesan.
