Casalino Cocktail
A Casalino Cocktail is a basil, cherry and bourbon base topped with ginger beer or club soda.
Ingredients
- 1 cherry-pitted
- 2 basil sprigs
- 1/4 oz lemon juice
- 2 oz bourbon
- ginger beer or club soda
- cherry and basil-garnish
Instructions
- Add the cherry, basil and lemon juice to a low-ball glass and muddle.
- Add ice, bourbon and top with ginger beer or club soda. Garnish with Cherry and basil.
