Chopped Sub Salad
Perfect for low-carb lifestyles or anyone craving a lighter yet hearty meal, this salad is loaded with all the best deli meats, crisp veggies, tangy pickled additions, and zesty Italian dressing that you'd expect from a classic hoagie.

- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 2 roma tomatoes
- 8 slices cheese-your favorite (Monterey jack)
- 6 slices pepperoni, salami and ham
- 1/2 cup pepperoncini-sliced
- kewpie mayo
- Italian seasoning
- red wine vinegar
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- Sub Roll
Rough chop your iceberg lettuce and tomatoes into bite size pieces . Chop your meats and cheese into small pieces along with the pepperoncini. Toss together.
Add your kewpie may, Italian seasoning, red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper on top of the previous step. Tweak this to your liking. Toss together.
Serve this as is like a salad or add the salad to a sub roll. Perfect for a hot summer day.
