Perfect for low-carb lifestyles or anyone craving a lighter yet hearty meal, this salad is loaded with all the best deli meats, crisp veggies, tangy pickled additions, and zesty Italian dressing that you'd expect from a classic hoagie.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • 2 roma tomatoes
  • 8 slices cheese-your favorite (Monterey jack)
  • 6 slices pepperoni, salami and ham
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncini-sliced
  • kewpie mayo
  • Italian seasoning
  • red wine vinegar
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Sub Roll

Instructions
 

  • Rough chop your iceberg lettuce and tomatoes into bite size pieces . Chop your meats and cheese into small pieces along with the pepperoncini. Toss together.
  • Add your kewpie may, Italian seasoning, red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper on top of the previous step. Tweak this to your liking. Toss together.
  • Serve this as is like a salad or add the salad to a sub roll. Perfect for a hot summer day.
