Churro Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients
  

  • 2 8 oz Can crescent roll dough
  • 2 8 Oz Pkg cream cheese-room temperature
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 4 Tbsp Butter-melted
  • 2 Tsp Cinnamon-topping
  • 1/3 Cup Sugar-topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350'
  • In a 9x13 casserole dish add 1 unrolled can of cresent dough. Make sure to stretch and cover the bottom of the casserole dish. Press and crimp together the dough to leave no holes.
  • In your mixer bowl beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add in the egg and vanilla and mix well. Spread over the dough.
  • Unroll the second can of Cresent dough and place over the top of the cream cheese layer. Pinch the seams together.
  • Pour the melted butter evenly over the top. Mix the remaining sugar with the cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over the top crust.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until it appears set when gently shaken and the top is golden brown.
  • Cool for 20 minutes. Serve on it's own or with ice cream.
  • Refridgerate leftovers.
