Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 4 Cups Green cabbage-shredded
  • 2 Cups Red cabbage-shredded
  • 2 Cups Carrots-shredded

Instructions
 

  • Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper to a large bowl. Taste and add additional seasonings. Add the cabbages and carrots, toss until completely mixed.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until ready to use.
