- 1 Cup Sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
- 3/4 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 4 Cups Green cabbage-shredded
- 2 Cups Red cabbage-shredded
- 2 Cups Carrots-shredded
Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper to a large bowl. Taste and add additional seasonings. Add the cabbages and carrots, toss until completely mixed.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until ready to use.
