Garlic Sesame Lo Mein
Kids love noodles and so will you after eating this. Add chicken and make this a complete meal.

- 1 pkg thin spaghetti-prepared (al dente) according to package directions-I cooked for 9 minutes
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 6 cloves garlic-minced
- 2 tbsp ginger-grated
- 1 tsp chili flake-optional
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds-toasted for better flavor
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- cilantro-garnish
Over medium high heat in a large non-stick skillet add oil, chili flake, garlic and ginger. cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add soy sauce, sesame seeds and cooked noodles. Toss to combine and cook for 3-5 minutes until coated well and are heated through.
Turn off the heat and add the sesame oil. Toss to coat.
Garnish with cilantro and sesame oil. Serve
