Grape Coffee Cake
Grape coffee cake is a great way to use up the grape harvest. Grab a glass of milk or cup of coffee and sit down to enjoy the healthy and delicious grape cake.

Coffee cake
- 1/2 Cup Granulated sugar
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 2 Eggs-room temperature
- 1 1/2 Cups Almond milk
- 3 Cups All-purpose flour
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Baking powder
- 3 Cups Grapes-seedless any color
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
Crumb topping
- 1/4 Cup Brown sugar
- 1/4 Cup All-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- Pinch Salt
- Pinch Nutmeg
Coffee cake
Preheat oven to 375'
Cream together butter and sugar.
Sift together the dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Beat the eggs and milk in another bowl.
Alternating between the wet and dry ingredients add to the mixer bowl with the creamed sugar. Mix well after each addition.
Gently fold in the grapes. Grease a 9x13 glass baking pan generously. Pour batter into pan.
Crumb topping
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl use your hands or a fork.. I prefer my hands so I throw on rubber gloves and rub the ingredients between my fingers. If you like more topping just double the ingredients.
Sprinkle topping over the top of the coffeecake. Bake for 40 minutes.
Cover with foil the last 20 minutes if the top starts to get too brown. Check with a toothpick for doneness.
Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
Serve hot or cold.
