Grapefruit Tequila Mimosa
Perfect combination of tart and fizzy. Make a batch ahead and when your guests arive add the prosecco.
Ingredients
- 2 oz tequila
- 1 lime-juiced
- 1/2 oz agave
- 4 oz prosecco
- fresh grapefruit juice
Instructions
- Shake tequila, lime and agave with ice in a shaker.
- Strain into a low ball glass or a fancy glass.
- Add prosecco and top with grapefruit juice.
