Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Kiwi-peeled and chopped
  • 2 Oz Gin
  • 3/4 Oz Elderflower liquer
  • 1/2 Oz Lime juice
  • 1 Oz Simple syrup
  • Club soda
  • KIwi slice-garnish

Instructions
 

  • To a cocktail shaker add kiwi and muddle. Add gin, elderflower, lime juice, and simple syrup.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake until cold. Strain into your glass.
  • Top with club soda and garnish with kiwi.
