Instant Pot Iced Coffee Concentrate

Easy Instant Pot method for making cold brew concentrate at home. Kick start your day on a budget.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Ground coffee 
  • 2 cups water

Cold Brew-Ready To Drink

  • 1/2 x cup ground coffee
  • 7 ½ cups water

Instructions
 

  • Add coffee grounds and water to Instant Pot and stir.
  • Lock lid and set the Instant Pot valve to seal.
  • Push the manual or pressure button and set timer for 5 minutes.
  • After the beep when the Instant Pot is finished let the pot come to a complete natural release. Which can take 1 to 2 hours.
  • Remove the liner from the pot and strain the coffee.
  • Store in the fridge. I use a mason jar.

Iced Coffee Directions

  • Add coffee, ice and your other favorites like cream, syrups, and foam to your glass. Enjoy.

Cold Brew Directions

  • Use a ratio of 1 part coffee to 4 parts water over ice. Add your favorite flavorings and enjoy.
