Kiwi Collins
Kiwi collins the brother of Tom collins instead of gin use vodka. Kiwi fruit gives this cocktail a unique flavor that will make your next cocktail party a hit.
Ingredients
- 1 Kiwi-peeled and chopped
- 2 Oz Vodka
- 1 1/2 Oz Lemon juice
- 1/2 Oz Simple syrup
- Club soda
- Kiwi wheel-garnish
Instructions
- In your cocktail shaker muddle the kiwi. Fill with ice.
- Add the remaining Ingredients except club soda. Shake until cold.
- Strain over fresh ice in your glass. Top with club soda.
- Garnish with kiwi. Serve.
