Lambrusco Basil Cocktail
Lambrusco Basil Cocktail is a fruity earthy cocktail. A little sweet and bubbly that pairs well with most foods.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Oz Gin
- 1/2 Oz Honey
- 1/2 Oz Lemon
- 4 Basil leaves plus more for garnish
- Lambrusco to top
- Lemon peel garnish
Instructions
- In a shaker add gin, honey, lemon juice, basil and ice. Shake until very cold and strain into a couple glass.
- Top with Lambrusco and garnish.
