Lemon Meringue Martini
Lemon meringue martini is dessert in a glass. A pop of tartness with just the right amount of sweet.
Ingredients
- 1 Oz Limoncello liqueur or lemon juice
- 1 Oz Lemon vodka
- 1 Oz Whipped cream vodka
- 1 1/2 Oz Lemonade
- 1 Oz Half and half
- Sugar-rimming
- Lemon--rimming
Instructions
- To a shaker filled halfway with ice add all the ingredients except sugar and lemon. Shake for 30 seconds.
- Cut the lemon in half and cut a slice for 1 half. Set aside. Then rim your martini glass with the lemon androll in the sugar.
- Pour your martini into your sugared glass and add your lemon slice. Enjoy!
