Lovely Rita
Cross between a Paloma and a Margarita and so delicious. Fresh grapefruit juice, elderflower liqueur and a pinch of salt. Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig.
Ingredients
- 2 oz tequila
- 2T tbsp fresh grapefruit juice
- 1½ tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp St. Germain
- pinch of salt
- rosemary sprig-garnish
Instructions
- Add first 5 ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until very cold.
- Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Top with pinch of salt. Garnish with the rosemary sprig.
