Mexican 75 Champagne Cocktail
The Mexican 75 Champagne cocktail is a delightful and refreshing twist on the classic French 75 cocktail. It combines the traditional ingredients of gin, lemon juice, and sugar, but replaces the Champagne with sparkling wine from Mexico.
Ingredients
- 1 Oz Lime juice
- 2 Oz Tequila
- 2 Tsp Agave syrup
- Ice
- Champagne
- Lime wheel-garnish
Instructions
- In a shaker filled with ice add lime juice, tequila and agave. Shake until cold.
- Pour into a champagne flute and top with champagne.
- Garnish with a lime wheel.
