Oak & Smoke cocktail is a variation of a whiskey sour. Bourbon and ginger gives this a richness with a kick.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Oz Bourbon
  • 1/2 Oz Ginger liqeuer
  • 3/4 Oz Lemon juice
  • 3/4 Oz Honey
  • 1 Dash Angostura bitters
  • Orange peel-garnish

Instructions
 

  • Pour all ingredients into your shaker with ice. Shake then strain over fresh ice into your lowball glass.
  • Garnish with orange peel.
