- 1/2 onion
- 2 cups orzo
- 2 carrots
- 2 Cups Broccoli florets
- 2 Cups Butternut squash-cooked
- 4 Stalks Celery
- 4 Cups Chicken broth
- 1 Tsp Paprika
- 1 Tsp Garlic-granulated
- Q Tbsp Olive oil
- Aalt and pepper to taste
- Parsley-chopped garnish
Chop onion, carrots and celery then add to a large skillet. Cook until softened.
Add the broccoli, orzo and chicken stock. Cook for 15 minutes with lid on. Check to make sure the orzo is cooked.
Stir in the butternut squash. Garnish with parsley and serve.
