In a small saucepan over medium heat combine the honey and water. Stir to dissolve the honey. Add the rosemary sprigs. Once the liquid comes to a boil remove from the heat.
Let the simple syrup cool for 20 minutes. Strain the rosemary sprigs out and keep the syrup in the fridge.

In a shaker add the whiskey, simple syrup, and lemon juice. Add ice and shake until cold.
In your favorite glass add fresh ice and strain your shaker into the glass. Top with club soda. Garnish with rosemary and lemon.
