Sesame Glazed Meatballs with Broccoli

- 1 lb Ground beef
- 3/4 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 2 Eggs-lightly beaten
- 2 tbsp Dehydrated onions
- 1 1/2 tbsp Chili garlic sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp Sesame oil-divided
- 1 tsp Salt-divided
- 1 lb Broccoli-cut into 2" florets
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup Hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp Sriracha
- Lime wedges-garnish
- Cilantro-garnish
Preheat oven to 400' Set 1 oven shelf 8" from broiler for last step.
Cover baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
Mix beef, panko, eggs, onions, chili garlic sauce, 1 tablespoon sesame oil and 3/4 tsp. salt in a large bowl until well combined. Make 16 meatballs and arrange on half of the baking sheet.
Toss broccoli, oil and remaining sesame oil and salt in a bowl. Arrange broccoli on the other half of the baking sheet. Roast for 20 minutes and check for doneness. Temperature on meatballs should be 160'.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and turn on the broiler. Combine hoisin, sesame seeds and sriracha then brush onto meatballs. Broil until meatballs are bubbling, about 3 minutes. Rotate sheet halfway through broiling. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve with extra hoisin.
I served this with cauliflower rice.
