Preheat oven to 450'. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Use a tea towel to wring out as much liquid from your spaghetti squash as you can.
In a large bowl add spaghetti squash, 1/4 cup mozzarella, Italian seasoning, and flour. Mix until thoroughly combined.
Put spaghetti squash onto baking sheet and form into a oval or round. Use your hands to shape and flatten to 1/4"
Bake for 15 minutes until edges are golden brown and surface is dry to touch. Flip over and sprinkle 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese on top.
Lower oven temp to 425'. Bake for an additional 6-8 minutes until cheese is melted and blisters. Remove from oven and garnish with parsley.
Slice and serve.
Notes
Replace the all-purpose flour with t tbsp of almond flour to make it gluten free.
