Cook bell pepper and onion in olive oil add salt and pepper until translucent, about 6 minutes on medium. Add garlic, oregano and basil, cook 1 more minute.
Add turkey and cook 8 more minutes adding oil if needed.
Add marinara sauce. I used some I had frozen but just use whatever you have on hand. Simmer about 10 minutes.
While your sauce is simmering shred the spaghetti sauce and add salt and pepper.
Plate the squash and ladle sauce over the squash. Garnish with parmesan and fresh basil.
