Ingredients

  • 1/2 LB Steak-cooked and sliced thin
  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes-halved
  • 2 eggs-hard boiled and quartered
  • 1/2 cup corn-freeze dried
  • 1/4 cup red onion-thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese-crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chives-chopped
  • 1 cup croutons
  • favorite salad dressing

Instructions

  • I made this salad because I had leftover steak. If you are cooking or grilling your steak for this recipe make sure to let it rest and then slice it thin. Set it aside while you build your salad base.
  • In your salad bowl or platter start with the lettuce and arrange the rest of the ingredients on top of the lettuce, except salt, pepper and chives. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and chives.
  • Add your preferred salad dressing or make your own from scratch and top with the croutons.
