Swartz Cuban Peach
If you love fresh peaches, you are going to love this Swartz Cuban Peach. Perfect for an Arizona hot summer day.
Ingredients
- 1 fresh peach-sliced
- 1 ½ oz rum
- 1 ½ oz peach schnapps
- ½ oz lime juice
- ¼ oz simple syrup
- peach wedge-garnish
- mint-garnish
Instructions
- Muddle the peach slices in a cocktail shaker-use less if you prefer. I love a lot of peach in my cocktail. Fill shaker with ice.
- Add rum, schnapps, lime juice and simple syrup.
- Shake until very cold. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
- Garnish with peach wedge and mint.
