Tonkatsu Sauce

Thick, tangy, and packed with umami, it’s the perfect finishing touch for crispy fried cutlets, rice bowls, or even sandwiches. Think of it as Japan’s answer to steak sauce—but sweeter, deeper, and more balanced.
