Tuna Broccoli Slaw
Tuna Broccoli Slaw is a crisp, protein-packed salad that’s both refreshing and satisfying. Shredded broccoli stems and carrots are tossed with flaky tuna, crunchy cabbage, and a tangy, creamy dressing made with a hint of lemon and Dijon mustard. - 4 cups broccoli slaw
- 1/2 cup water chestnuts roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries-chopped
- 1/4 cup sesame ginger dressing-Newman's Own
- 5oz can tuna packed in water
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
Place slaw, water chestnuts, and cranberries in a large bowl. Add dressing and toss to coat.
Drain tuna and stir into slaw.
Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
Top with sesame seeds before serving.
This is so good just like the recipe suggests or make it a wrap. I used the Joseph's brand lavosh bread.
