This Cherry Amaretto Limeade cocktail is a variation of an Amaretto Sour. Amaretto is a sweet Italian liqueur from Sarrono, Italy, known for its almond flavor and commonly made with apricot kernels. In Italian, Amaretto means “a little bitter” and can also serve as a substitute for Orgeat syrup.
