Ingredients
  

  • 1 Head Romaine lettuce
  • 4 Cups Spring mix
  • 1 Small Head iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 Hothouse cucumber-sliced thin
  • 1/2 Red onion-sliced thin
  • 2 Stalks Celery-sliced
  • 1 Red bell pepper-sliced thin
  • 1/4 Lb Deli ham-cut into strips
  • 1/4 Lb Deli turkey-cut into strips
  • 1/4 Lb Swiss cheese-cut into strips or small cubes
  • 2 Tomatoes-cut into wedges or grape tomatoes cut in half
  • 3 Eggs-cut into quarters
  • 1/2 Cup Kalamata olives
  • 16 Pepperoncini peppers
  • croutons-on the side
  • Bacon bits-on the side
  • Freeze dried corn-on the side
  • Favorite salad dressing

Instructions
 

  • On a large platter, layer the lettuces.
  • Arrange the rest of the salad ingredients on top of the lettuces.
  • Put the ingredients that are on the side into bowls along with the salad dressing.
  • Serve.
