Churro Cheesecake Bars
Ingredients
- 2 8 oz Can crescent roll dough
- 2 8 Oz Pkg cream cheese-room temperature
- 1 1/2 Tsp Vanilla
- 1 Egg
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 4 Tbsp Butter-melted
- 2 Tsp Cinnamon-topping
- 1/3 Cup Sugar-topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350'
- In a 9×13 casserole dish add 1 unrolled can of cresent dough. Make sure to stretch and cover the bottom of the casserole dish. Press and crimp together the dough to leave no holes.
- In your mixer bowl beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add in the egg and vanilla and mix well. Spread over the dough.
- Unroll the second can of Cresent dough and place over the top of the cream cheese layer. Pinch the seams together.
- Pour the melted butter evenly over the top. Mix the remaining sugar with the cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over the top crust.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until it appears set when gently shaken and the top is golden brown.
- Cool for 20 minutes. Serve on it's own or with ice cream.
- Refridgerate leftovers.
