Ingredients
  

  • 3 Tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp Ancho chile powder
  • 2 Tbsp Paprika
  • 1 Tbsp Ground coriabder
  • 1 Tbsp Dried oregano
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 Tsp Allspice
  • 6 Tbsp Cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 Cloves Garlic-minced
  • 1 Lb Ground pork

Instructions
 

  • Combine oil through allspice in a 12" non-stick skillet. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is bubbly and fragrant.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vinegar, sugar and garlic. Let stand and cool for 5 minutes.
  • Add pork to skillet over medium heat, mash and stir until spice mixture is completely incorporated. Break up pork into small crumbles and mixture starts to bubble, about 3-5 minutes.
