How To Cut Corn Off The Cob

Quick and easy method that I use to cut corn off the cob. I love when corn goes on sale, and I’ll grab what they will limit me to. It is a bit of a gamble because the store frowns on taking a bite of the corn before paying for it. Hopefully, it is sweet, and this year has been a great year for corn.

It’a bit of an undertaking, but when I can do 8 or more ears of corn it’s worth it. Then I bag it and throw it in the freezer. After a couple of hours, I’ll portion out what I think I will use for recipes and use my Foodsaver to keep the corn as fresh-tasting as possible.
