With minimal preparation and just a handful of ingredients, this salad is proof that sometimes the best dishes are the ones that let quality ingredients shine.
The salad begins with vibrant tomatoes-offering a medley of colors, textures, and sweet-tart flavor. Nestled atop the tomatoes is burrata, a delicate cheese with a soft shell and a creamy interior that oozes beautifully. The contrast between the cool, juicy tomatoes and the decadent creaminess of the burrata creates a truly irresistible bite.
A drizzle of extra virgin olive oil enhances the richness of the cheese and the natural sweetness of the tomatoes. Fresh basil leaves add a pepperiness and a burst of green color, making each forkful visually stunning and flavorful. A sprinkle of sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper is all you need to bring the dish to life.
Perfect as an appetizer, or a show-stopping side dish, Tomato Burrata Salad is a favorite for entertaining or casual dining. Serve with crusty bread to scoop up every creamy, tomatoey bite, or enjoy it solo for a refreshing and satisfying meal.
