Pineapple Jalapeno Margarita
Pineapple and jalapeno have become one of my favorite flavor combinations. I picked up a bottle of jalapeno limeade from Trader Joe’s and now I’m off creating cocktails. When I have fresh pineapple, I am making this pineapple jalapeno margarita and you should too.
The Trader Joe’s jalapeno limeade is sweet with a jalapeno kick. It’s a great mixer and one thing I like is it’s not frozen so whenever you are ready to mix a cocktail just open the fridge and pour.
After my daughter mentioned she did not know how to cut a pineapple I decided I needed to make a video. I have posted the video below of how to cut a pineapple using a knife. I have a pineapple corer and have tried using it but could not get the hang of it. Just grab a cutting board and a sharp knife and see how easy it is. Which means you have no excuses not to make this pineapple jalapeno margarita!
I haven’t tried this cocktail, but it sounds really delicious. It uses rum, fresh pineapple and jalapeno and I will have to try it soon. Pineapple Jalapeno Smash Cocktail – Cake ‘n Knife (cakenknife.com)
Here is another cocktail I have tried that uses jalapeno Basil Jalapeno Lime Tequila – Meats-Beets-Bubbles (meatsbeetsandbubbles.com).
