Sesame Glazed Meatballs with Broccoli
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 3/4 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 2 Eggs-lightly beaten
- 2 tbsp Dehydrated onions
- 1 1/2 tbsp Chili garlic sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp Sesame oil-divided
- 1 tsp Salt-divided
- 1 lb Broccoli-cut into 2" florets
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup Hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp Sriracha
- Lime wedges-garnish
- Cilantro-garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400' Set 1 oven shelf 8" from broiler for last step.
- Cover baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Mix beef, panko, eggs, onions, chili garlic sauce, 1 tablespoon sesame oil and 3/4 tsp. salt in a large bowl until well combined. Make 16 meatballs and arrange on half of the baking sheet.
- Toss broccoli, oil and remaining sesame oil and salt in a bowl. Arrange broccoli on the other half of the baking sheet. Roast for 20 minutes and check for doneness. Temperature on meatballs should be 160'.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven and turn on the broiler. Combine hoisin, sesame seeds and sriracha then brush onto meatballs. Broil until meatballs are bubbling, about 3 minutes. Rotate sheet halfway through broiling. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve with extra hoisin.
