Brussel Sprouts Cranberry Pecan Salad
Ingredients
SALAD
- 12 Oz Brussels sprouts
- 1/2 Cup Dried cranberries
- 1/3 Cup Pecans-chopped
VINAIGRETTE
- 2 Tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/8 Tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 Tsp Onion powder
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1/3 Cup Olive oil

SALAD
- Cut root end off Brussels sprouts and remove all bruised leaves. Slice them thinly with a sharp knife or a food processor with a slicing blade. Add cranberries and pecans. Set aside in a large mixing bowl.
