Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 lb ham-cubed small
  • 1 onion-chopped
  • 1 1/4 cups kimchi-sliced
  • 1/4 cup kimchi juice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 4 tsp soy sauce
  • 4 tsp gochujang paste
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 3 cups cauliflower or white rice
  • 4 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds-toasted
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • chopped cilantro-garnish
  • fried egg-garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add onion and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened. Add broccoli and cook for 5 minutes, then add ham and continue cooking for 2 more minutes.
  • Stir in kimchi, kimchi juice, water. soy sauce. gochujang and pepper. Cook, stirring until kimchi softens, 4-6 minutes.
  • Add rice and peas folding them in until evenly coated. Stir in sesame oil and remaining vegetable oil. continue cooking for 4 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds and top with fried egg and cilantro.
